Myself Rinchen Sangrup from ladakh.  During the years 2018, on the official page of kia motors india, there was a contest for name a car, I applied and I given the car name KIGER( k for kia and iger from tiger) in that contest although my name was not selected but I believe my submission will be there in their database,  even if they deleted it with a proper cyber investigation it will be proved.  

 To my suprise,  few days back I saw renault's india is going to launch a new mini SUV in India and to my utter suprise they have named that upcoming car KIGER. 

I believe the kia motor somehow have sold that name to renault's or they have buyer that somehow. 

I request people to kindly support me to get due recognition and help me get justice.

I'm publishing this petition so that, they will understand my middle path,  before I file a civil suit in the Hon'ble High Court. 

They not only have crushed my intellectual property rights but used that contest to generate names, so as to earn money.
