Recently, observers have noticed a politically aligned banner prominently displayed in front of the Scottish Church College (SCC). This banner unlawfully utilizes the college's name as well as falsely represents the student body, despite receiving no consent from the college or its students. This action constitutes an infringement on the college's rights. Scottish Church College has a longstanding policy against unauthorized use of its name, yet in this incident, the college's silence is conspicuous.Some of the claims also prove involvement and sharing of related pictures by Prottay Kumar and Niro Das in this whole context and the due process shall be attached with in this petition 

For a respected academic institution such as SCC, which has been shaping young minds for over 195 years, allowing this incident to go unchecked jeopardizes its longstanding reputation for upholding academic and nonpartisan values.

The students of SCC along with the broader community urge the immediate removal of this unauthorized banner and considering strict action against those who have been actively involved and why after repeated information provided to the principal and vice principal of the institution no action was taken 

 We appeal to the college administration to maintain the integrity of the institution by taking prompt action against the unauthorized use of its name and advocating for the rights of the students.
