Living near the intersection of Ave San Luis and Dunman Ave in Los Angeles, I find myself constantly worried about the safety of my guests. This area serves as the only feasible parking option for visitors to my building, yet a restrictive no parking sign challenges their safety and comfort. Unfortunately, the designated "no parking" hours fall late at night, significantly increasing the risk for anyone, especially women, who then have to park far away in a darker, more isolated, and less secure location.

This situation is more than a slight nuisance; it's a substantial safety concern. Most of my guests, hesitant to park a long distance away due to fear and discomfort, end up receiving parking tickets for staying in the restricted zone.
