Roblox is a major gaming platform all across the world. Played by millions every day, it has been a major success for all the time it’s been a thing.

Now  let me get to the point, 

Roblox as of June 2026 has introduced a new update where most games have been locked for an age restriction. These vary from All ages, to 13+, to 16+ to 18+.

Not only that, creators and groups are now having to pay 1000 Robux (ingame currency) to have their game unlocked to all ages again.

I fully back the whole social media and online protection of young people, I really do, but making creators pay that much every single time they publish a new game or update is just, immoral. I know my words sound harsh, but owning a popular community of my own has had a knock on effect.

I would really appreciate if Roblox would take into consideration the amount of players I can guarantee they will lose and creators online and ingame they will lose.

Lets get this petition signed to see and show what mistake has been made and how it can be resolved!
