It is without question, Senator Scott Grow should be removed from office immediately. Scott Grow is a leader in the LDS church, which has very strong beliefs around alcohol, tobacco, and marijuana. Senator Grow has introduced a Bill that would forever keep medical/ recreational marijuana from ever becoming legal in Idaho. Clearly he cannot separate church and state. He has a personal, self serving agenda. An agenda that fits his religious lifestyle, and as a high ranking member, he is under the scope of the church of Latter Day Saints. 

I’m asking you today to sign this petition, not only because it is morally the right thing to do, but also because In the words of Thomas Jefferson, the clause against establishment of religion by law was intended to “erect a wall of separation between church and state." 

On top of that, there are many people in Idaho who would benefit from the medical properties marijuana. If this bill is allowed to go through, it sets a standard, one that will allow future politicians to set laws that coincide with their personal beliefs, whether or not they are beneficial to the majority of Idahoans.

Let’s work together to remove Scott grow, and set a precedent that shows Idaho law makers they will be held accountable for their actions. SCOTT GROW HAS GOT TO GO!!
