Remove Maharashtra minister Fauzia Khan's for hunting trip to South Africa, Maharashtra Minister of State for School Education, Fauzia Khan, found herself in a tricky situation after pictures of her posing with a rifle along with dead animals such as springbok, black wildebeest, blesbuck and zebra surfaced.
The pictures were taken during a trip Khan took with her family to South Africa some six months back.
The UN affiliated OIPA in India and PFA Haryana demands immediate removal from her Ministerial position in Maharashtra.
The Dorfling Family of Umlilo Safaris in Southern Africa asked by Abhishek Kadyan and Sukanya Kadyan, to supply the list of Indian hunters along with complete details to expose them in India, where as she has to set example to be kind towards animals, as per article 51 A(g) of the Constitution of India, which define fundamental duties of every citizen of India, keeping in view, all photographs released in media about Fauzia Khan pose with hunted animals along with weapon, she violated the legislation's related to oath as well, hence her membership of the Rajasthan Assembly be withdrawn.
