The vaping industry is dwindling in Canada due to all the restrictions and regulations being put upon us. One of the most frustrating regulations is the requirement for frosting on vaping storefronts, which obscures product visibility and deters consumers. This regulation is unfairly targeting these industries while other sectors, such as alcohol sales at LCBOs, do not face similar restrictions.

If frosting must be used to protect consumers, then it should be applied consistently across all regulated products, including those sold at LCBOs. It’s time to remove these unnecessary barriers that are stifling our industry or apply them uniformly across all sectors.
