We have strong, credible, and legitimate grounds to believe that the integrity of the Global MLBB Server is being put into dispute and question over the ignorance and blatant abuse of power by Jill (Discord Server Manager) who manages the server, and Ryu (Moonton Staff) who overlooks all proceedings. 

Background:

1. The actions of Jill and inaction of Ryu have severely tarnished the integrity of the ongoing Mobile Legends Discord Tournament (MLDT), a tournament native for Discord server members. Previous renditions of the MLDT have been very adamant in enforcing a strict neutral playing field, with moderators not being able to referee, host or spectate games with teams they are in association with. This ruling has been blatantly ignored as Jill and a few select moderators have been hosting games and refereeing games of their own associated teams. A severe imbalance in neutrality has thus ensued, with their associated teams having the obvious advantage in terms of real time game information and server selection. 

The rules of the ongoing MLDT also states that the custom tournament room is only available to teams from the semifinals onwards. This ruling has also been ignored as Jill has specially allocated this privilege to her associated team in the preliminary rounds. 

2. Jill has exhibited favouritism in her actions of conducting her work, to the point where her actions have been entirely questionable towards maintaining overall integrity. Case in point are elaborated as follows:

- John (an ex bot developer) has been given, and still holds in his authority, a role that warrants him executive permissions in the server. Administrative roles can only be given to Senior Moderators and Moonton Staff members, and no ex staff member should hold such permissions.

- Meowgie (an ex moderator) was also given the administrative role due to close personal relations with her. This role has been subsequently removed once the close personal ties have been terminated.

- She has allowed members of the community moderation team to troll our members under the guise of Discord Moderators and Discord Bot Developers. Yomiiz (Discord NA Lead Moderator) was given the role as a bot developer and discord moderator to disrupt new moderation applicants, threatening to hack the server under the pseudonym of BigMouth609.

- She removed Veetah (a discord moderator) from her secretarial role, without any prior warnings, and installed her counterpart, Yashi directly as her new successor.

- Meowgie (an ex moderator) was banned from the server, for supposedly leaking work information. All that was mentioned was that moderators were told not to referee and host MLDT games before, echoing the point made above regarding MLDT games. This is a blatant abuse of the team's authoritative rights.

- She has given herself the role "Discord Community Manager" instead of her supposed "Discord Server Manager" role. This role was also obtained by force from its predecessor, Ryu, and no proper recruitment was ever considered or implemented during this process.

3. Ryu, the Moonton staff in charge of overall proceedings of the Global Discord Server, has turned a blind eye and deaf ear on all of the aforementioned susceptible behaviours. His ignorance and ineptitude in dealing with all of the aforementioned has placed the server at risk with the authoritarian directives of the present community moderation team.

What we want:

For both Jill and Ryu to be removed from their duties as both Discord Server Manager and Moonton representative of the Global Discord Server respectively.

Jill will be given 14 days upon maturity of this petition to nominate, train and install her successor, with no members of her support group being eligible for consideration. (Azazel, Opti, Odio, Yashi, Glaci, Midnight, Caviar, Yomiiz, Jello and Spade) 

Once the transfer of authority has been concluded, Jill and Ryu will then remove themselves from all equations of server proceedings.
