Cost of the Association and what they do for us.

We never received a Welcome packet when we first moved into the Neighborhood in 2021so we don't know what we are to take care of and what the Association takes care of, Received Late Fees in January of 2022 due to we never received our Book for payments.  All fees were waived and they then send a Welcome Letter with the Payment book, In January 2023 never received a payment book and was then charged late fees again, called and they waived the Late Fee but they Left a $2.00 Letter Fee for sending out the letter that we were late.  

They told me that the Payment books are complimentary and not required for them to send.  I asked them to remove the $2.00 Paper Fee and they said they needed to take it to the board to get the fee removed.  Emails were sent back and forth and still no response as of May 2023.

I have received a notice in the mail with a $8.10 Late Fee and the $2.00 paper fee is still showing on this last letter.

We still have yet to receive anything that the association covers and does not cover, what we pay for, and where is our money going.

If we pay $81.00 per house in the community we should get the packets in a timely manner every year and what they cover every year as the community grows and changes over each year.  Or not have them at all.
