A number of GBV cases have been opened within the institution and nothing has been done to address this. The women of this campus feel unsafe because their perpetrators still roam the space scot-free while the victims are still traumatised.

We demand that every GBV case be taken seriously irregardless of the positions the perpetrators hold. All victims of GBV must be prioritised and protected. We demand that all alleged perpetrators be removed from all campus residences WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT until investigations are concluded.
