Release the Ocean Studios Dub of Dragon Ball Kai

Release the Ocean Studios Dub of Dragon Ball Kai
The Issue
This petition is to get the unreleased Ocean dub of Dragon Ball Kai to be streamed or aired on TV! The original English Dragon Ball Z cast that you watched as a kid, now voicing the same characters in a refreshed version of the show for HD audiences.
INTRODUCTION
Ever since 1996 when Dragon Ball Z first premiered in America and subsequently in other English-speaking territories a fanbase has developed for the Canadian voice cast, most commonly known as "the Ocean cast", a name derived from much of their work being recorded at or produced by the company Ocean Studios in Vancouver, British Columbia.
The Ocean cast were dropped after 53 episodes, although this did not apply to all English-speaking territories. In European countries, starting with the Netherlands at episode 108 onward a new dub featuring the Ocean cast began its broadcast (known by fans as the "Westwood dub"), this dub was later aired in the UK, Ireland, Belgium and Finland and from episode 168 it started to air in Canada. As there was no Vancouver dub for Dragon Ball GT or original Dragon Ball fans thought this Westwood dub marked the end of the Ocean cast's association with Dragon Ball.
That all changed in 2009 following TOEI's announcement of Dragon Ball Kai (the anniversary edition of Dragon Ball Z) and began to roll the show out to international markets. For the next few years fans heard about a Canadian dub of Dragon Ball Kai going into production from not only the well regarded voice actors, but also government agencies and musicians. To this day the American dub of Dragon Ball Kai has been widely seen through TV broadcasts, streaming, home video. In fact territories that previously received the Canadian dubs of Dragon Ball, for example in the UK the American dub of Kai aired on the channel Kix in 2012, much to the disappointment of many fans who hoped to finally see Kai’s Canadian dub.
I hope to use this petition to find a broadcaster, streaming provider or home video partner that may be interested in licensing this elusive Dragon Ball Kai dub, which has been highly sought after by fans for years. It is worth noting that this dub has had chances to be seen as there were not one, but two Canadian companies that were known to be in negotiations to acquire Ocean's dub of Kai - WOW Unlimited and Toon-A-Vision. More recently, the heads of Adult Swim Europe have been made aware of the demand for this dub and were impressed by a fan's pitch.
In closing I would like to say to anyone who is a Dragon Ball fan, anime fan or fan of the Canadian voice cast in general it would be well worth your while signing this petition, and spreading the word, so that it becomes known far and wide we want Ocean's dub of Kai to be seen.
I implore Robert James Friend, director of Turner Broadcasting UK, Mellany Welsh, vice president of Corus Entertainment, Nushin Naini bookings agent at Periscoop Anime and anyone else in the business to give this now mythical Ocean dub of Dragon Ball Kai a chance.
