Former Parliamentarian from Pakistan and former member co-ordianation committee of MQM(founder and leader Mr.Altaf Hussain) Mr.Nisar Ahmed Panhwar has been abducted third time by LEA's on Monday August 29th 2022.Since his abduction he has not been produced in any court of law to this time.Mr Panhwar is the one who filed a petition in Sindh high court to restore the long going unconstitutional ban on speeches and free political activities of his leader Mr.Altaf Hussain! Day before the hearing LEA's illegally with no warrants raided his house in Karachi and took him to unknown place,his attorny Khalid Mumtaz advocate on the day of hearing informed the court about his abduction but court did not responded on the day. On Wednesday August 31st 2022 his two sons  Hassan Panhwar and Mohsin Panhwar with their attorny Khalid Mumtaz appeared before the court to file a petition for their father but some plain clothed and masked unknown persons surrounded the court and tried to engage and harrassed Hassan Panhwar and Mohsin Panhwar. We demand the immediate release of Mr.Nisar Ahmed Panwar and surity of his safe life and surity to present him before the court of law,we also demand to stop harrassing of his sons Hassan Panhwar and Mohsin Panwar and surity of their safety as their life is in danger!
