Update from last nights p&z meeting

Update on Rowan Ranch from last nights Planning and zoning commission meeting.   They voted to deny them ability to resubmit the application.  This is good!  

First of all thanks for those whom came out.  Essentially they cannot resubmit the same application for 12 months unless they can prove substantial changes in the community.  They commented that it would take several people speaking that now approve of the development for substantial change.    

But make no mistake he will try again!!! And find people to come speak for it.  Please stay engaged our presence in the room makes a huge difference.  

I will talk with city hall some more and the developer.  Then post an update.  Thanks again.
