Tabroom, a widely used platform for organizing speech and debate tournaments has undergone a change. Recently, the National Speech and Debate Association has made the decision to stop hosting the Gay Tabroom version of their website, a special edition that featured a pride flag. It came as a shock to many when, a few days ago, typing "tabroom.gay" into the search bar redirected to the normal version, no longer giving access to this version of the site.

We urge the National Speech and Debate Association to take immediate steps to reinstate Gay Tabroom. Doing so would reaffirm their commitment to an inclusive and supportive environment for all participants, irrespective of their identity or background. Let us foster a community where everyone is celebrated for who they are and encouraged to excel without fear of discrimination.
