Reinstate Brendan Rams at Lifetime Highland Park for Community Betterment
The Issue
As a member of the Lifetime Highland Park community, I have personally experienced the transformative impact of Brendan Rams. His unique approach to fitness has not only provided me with a therapeutic daily routine but also fostered a sense of unity and positivity among us members. Many others who have been positively impacted by Rams share similar feelings and seek this type of daily satisfaction mentally, physically, and emotionally.
Rams' system has galvanized an entire group of members at LTH, creating a culture that promotes hard work, unity, positivity and love. This culture is not just beneficial for the members but also for Lifetime corporate from an economic standpoint. Since his involvement post-pandemic, there has been a noticeable increase in membership and revenue generation.
However, despite these positive impacts on our community and Lifetime as a whole, Brendan was recently terminated from his position. We believe this decision undermines the greater good of our community - economically and morally.
While we acknowledge that no one is perfect including Brendan himself - it's undeniable that his system works effectively in promoting unity among us while simultaneously contributing to LTH's growth.
We are calling upon Lifetime corporate to reconsider their decision about Brendan Rams' termination due to its potential negative impact on our community’s morale as well as LTH’s financial wellness.
