Please Sign My Multi State Petition To Endeavor The U.S. And the Oklahoma Cherokee Nation To Fulfill It's July 8,1817 Cherokee Nation Treaty Obligation As Stipulated Within Article Three Of This Treaty.This census will re enstate the Cherokee Nation citizens and Cherokee families who were victims of the neferious activity described herein.

This petition, at some point ,will be sent to my Senator Hon.Rick Crawford,Dist.1Arkansas and other Senators in all affected States ,so that they can then draft a bill and hopefully create legislation to remedy this massive multi State- multi -generational issue.

Reason: As far as the legitimate Cherokee Nation was concerned the the main intention of this treaty was to eventually move the Cherokee population to safer grounds due to U.S. citizen uncontrolled encroachments that threatend the Cherokee Nation citizens and its sovereignty.This issue began in 1775,working it's way to the northern, eastern and southern boarders , leading to the treaties of 1785,1791,1794,1798,1805,1806,1816&1817,the 1817treaty was the last legitimate treaty done with the legitimate Cherokee Nation. There was no stopping this penetration.

This however was only a bait and switch scheme created by the U.S. to endeavor the highest ranking chiefs and their population to move far away whilst allowing their own select Cherokees who were both Cherokee agency personell ( traders and interpreters)and Cherokee Nation intergovernmental commissioners selected by the Cherokee national government to conduct business at Washington with limited powers ,to illegally assume control of the residual powers in the east and allow them to act as the Cherokee Nation sovereign government and engage in another treaty that diminished the 1817 treaty, as further explained in the link below. This was without doubt, by avoiding this census,was to not account for and to lose the population in the Arkansas Cherokee Territory and those who would later be opposed to the Ross, Hicks, Taylor,Lowery,et.al. faction in the east i.e. Chief Pathkiller and the remaining Cherokees at the Creekpath town locations in modern Alabama and many in the upper towns in Tennessee and Georgia and the Valley towns in North Carolina.( the valley towns were successful in their attempt to endeavor the U.S. to perform a census of their area in the 1920's but it was far from accurate).
