This petition is very important in this Covid era when people are struggling financially. Colleges, especially management Colleges are charging huge amounts like 20 Lakh and above for the courses which are actually starting online and will have atleast the first trimester by way of online classes, if not more.

They are charging huge amounts in the name of hostel fees/ mess charges/ infrastructure charges/ lab fees and everything which we are not going to be able to use because of the increasing Covid cases and social distancing norms.

On top of that they have hiked the fees as per their annual norms and request exorbitant amounts to be paid when more than half of the population is out of jobs/businesses and struggle financially. They are saving costs as their infrastructure, electricity, labs and such facilities are not being utilised and still charging for these.

I request everyone to take a stand and demand what is right ! Ask these colleges to evaluate the situation and present before us, a fee structure accordingly. A revision is needed desperately to safeguard our parents' hard-earned money from going to these profit organisations !!
