Ratify the First Article of the Bill of Rights for proportional representation

The Issue

Article the First

In the course of our existence as a Federation of States we have left a fundamental gap in the constitution open through its non-ratification.

If any law is to be enacted within these United States of America it must first and foremost follow all laws set in the Founding Documents or we shall see collapse until there is no State or Federation to speak of.

Fundamentally we must assert that we, if we are a Nation Founded on Law, that all Laws of the founding document must be ratified and held in equal reverence or that there is no legal basis for Law in the United States.

Part 1: Non-Ratification

If a section of Law in a Founding Document remains unratified, we lose the basis in which all laws that document are founded on.

Article the First states: "After the first enumeration required by the first article of the Constitution, there shall be one Representative for every thirty thousand, until the number shall amount to one hundred, after which the proportion shall be so regulated by Congress, that there shall be not less than one hundred Representatives, nor less than one Representative for every forty thousand persons, until the number of Representatives shall amount to two hundred; after which the proportion shall be so regulated by Congress, that there shall not be less than two hundred Representatives, nor more than one Representative for every fifty thousand persons.”

This is foundational to the Bill of Rights. It is the basis in which all Laws that follow must adhere to or that the Law shall fail under its own weight as proportional representation becomes impossible within a nation of Three Hundred and Thirty Million and counting. This means that within the Bill of Rights, due to the fact that after the first enumeration, Article the First invalidated every Law that would follow due to its non-ratification.

Part 2: Proportional Representation

If we are to be a Nation of The People we must have Proportional and Fair Representation. Without the Ratification of Article the First we are left without equality and without Rights.

It is of utmost urgency that this Law be Ratified or that all Laws of the Bill of Rights will be null and void.

Part 3: Final Comments

Without what the Bill of Rights declares as Fair and Proportional representation we will lose all of our Rights as citizens of these United States of America.

It is with utmost sincerity that I write this petition, as I do believe it is the missing link in our Legal Structure and that without it the Bill of Rights and the Constitution are null and void.

I hope that you will sign this petition to the Ratification of Article the First.

Signed with sincerity and hope,
