Leanne Sarah Holland, 12 years, was brutally murdered on or about 23 September 1991 at Goodna, Qld. Graham Stuart Stafford was arrested for her murder, convicted and served 15 years imprisonment. His conviction was quashed by Qld Appeal Court in 2009. Qld Police still consider he is their only suspect for the murder. Extensive private investigations suggest he did not commit the murder and a number of other people have been identified as possibly responsible for Leanne's death.

NO ONE has been held accountable for this brutal murder. A Coronial Inquest (which has never been held) has the power to question all persons suspected of being involved in this murder. 

Graham Stafford and others have requested the Qld Attorney General Yvette D'Ath hold an inquest into Leanne's death. Ms D'ath has refused repeated requests to hold an Inquest, citing 'not in the public interest'. Queensland Police oppose an Inquest.
