Francesca's story requires nuance and time, before Francesca's season we need an appropriate time for Francesca to grieve, to show how being a widow in Georgian society is not easy and give the audience a real chance to understand why Francesca needs to reenter society and give love another go. 

Claudia Jessie's Eloise Bridgerton however, has had little story lines of substance in Season four and the show cannot just keep her character reduced to drawing room conversation in a cyclical and repetitive manner for yet another season. In season 4 Eloise was reduced to babysitting Hyacinth and drawing room conversation rather than some sort of real and interesting plot like the season 1 hunt for Lady Whistledown and the Season 2 Theo Sharpe plotlines. At the end of Season 4 Eloise seemed more open to marriage and it feels like her story is set up and her character is ready to meet Phillip. This is how it works in the book and it works perfectly. Claudia Jessie will also be pushing forty by the time season 6 is made whereas Hannah Dodd is only in her 20's. It does not make any sense for Fran to go first and it is not too late for Netflix to fix this issue.
