Dear PM and CM 

This is our humble request on the behalf of every  citizen in India. Please don't take Bill and EMI for any loan upto  3 months of time until everything recovers. We don't know how long this lockdown exactly going to be and If we don't earn in this period, how we are going to pay our Bills and EMI?
