The Province of Manitoba has decided not to open the drive thru Christmas light Winter Wonderland display at the Red River Exhibition grounds this Christmas. We have followed your rules and there is no reason that this should be not be allowed to open!

This is a drive thru event, no contact! Please let us have some form of normalcy for Christmas. If you can allow 50 strangers on a city transit, why can a household family be in a car to enjoy a night of fun. There is no excuse for this and I'm sure alot of families could use some form of entertainment as a contactless event!
