Petition to The Honourable Premier Doug Ford and the Ontario Human Rights Tribunal - 

Attn my fellow Canadian citizens and civilized people of our world,

You will not hear about the following matter in the media which concerns all of us.  We cannot allow our world to be taken over by such evil.

I'm seeking your support today for Raymond Carby-Samuels who was denied representation from his lawyer by The Honourable Justice Sylvia Corthorn, because his testimony would expose an unlawful cabal operating in the Ontario government. This cabal seeks to intentionally expose seniors and possibly others to sexual violence, physical abuse, emotional trauma and other ensuing medical experiments apparently for profit.

The premature death of Dezrin Carby-Samuels, who was a selfless and very empathetic person, at the hands of rogue operatives running amok in the Ontario government, must not be in vain.

Experiments against Dezrin Carby-Samuels were an apparent extension of the notorious MK Ultra program, which were conducted at McGill University in Montreal under the well documented direction of the CIA.

The Honourable Justice Sylvia Corthorn after preventing Raymond's lawyer from representing him, declared him to be a "vexatious litigant". 

This cabal that has been able to control very identifiable judges and lawyers who are alumni of the University of Ottawa Faculty of Law, court staff and police, NOW seek to prevent an appeal to the Court of Appeal for Ontario.  This cabal does not want Raymond to appeal the unlawful vexatious litigant declaration, so they can continue to exploit and destroy the most vulnerable members of our society.

They are wicked, and they must be exposed and held accountable!

Raymond was first exposed to this cabal when Detective Robert Griffin Jr. threatened Raymond, in front of witnesses, at his place of residence in Kanata, Ontario, NOT to reveal to anyone including Ottawa Police that his mother was being subjected to unauthorized medical experiments which led to her premature death.     

Raymond refused to cover up crimes against him mother.  Ever since that time Raymond has been subjected to miscarriages of justice by a rogue cabal operating within the Ontario government that encompasses court offices, that is determined to conceal their unlawful agenda through a targeted manipulation of Ontario's justice system. They seek to continue to prevent Raymond from appealing an unlawful vexatious litigant declaration.

It was former U.S. President John F. Kennedy who in 1961 before members of the press who referred to such a group as a "secret society", which constitutes an egregious specific threat to the rule of law, and, in general, to our democratic institutions in our desire to strive for a just society for all.

We, fellow concerned citizens demand that Ontario Premier Doug Ford intervene to stop a criminal cabal seeking to prevent Raymond Carby-Samuels from lawfully presenting his Appeal to the Court of Appeal so that this wicked cabal can held accountable for Crimes Against Humanity.

We oppose unthinkable acts that this cabal seeks perpetuate through coercive means, involving an organized clique of judges, court staff, and even the police that undermine their roles as protectors of justice and peace.

We also demand that The Hon Justice Sylvia Corthorn immediately resign for not only colluding with a cabal which sought to declare Raymond to be a vexatious litigant after blocking the presence of his Toronto lawyer from Her Honour's Ottawa courtroom, but for also disregarding the advisement of The Hon Justice Callum Mcloed who had advised that Raymond's mother was deserved of a wellness check by a religious mediator.

The well documented unethical conduct of The Hon. Justice Corthorn also include the following:

1 - Repressing forgery documented by forensic experts;

2 - Bypassing judicial endorsement by The Hon Justice Robert Beaudoin for her recusal for having perpetrated bias and discrimination.

3 - Refusing to allow evidence of profound domestic abuse linked to unauthorized medical experiments.

4 - Refusing to allow evidence that the lawyer which sought to represent the domestic abuser opposed by Raymond was in fact being paid by rogue operatives of the Ontario government.

The implications of these actions are far-reaching. The violation of human rights and natural justice in this matter is blatant, and we must not stand idly by while such abuses continue unchecked.

By undertaking illicit medical testing without informed consent, they not only breach ethical codes but also risk causing irreversible harm to individuals who deserve respect and compassion and premature death that they have already caused.

Our goal is to demand immediate cessation of these unauthorized activities and to hold accountable those responsible for orchestrating such gross misconduct.

We call on Parliamentary authorities and concerned citizens to unite in demanding transparency, accountability, and justice from the Ontario government and Premier Doug Ford. Reform is desperately needed to restore faith in our judicial and political systems.

We propose the following actionable measures to be taken promptly:

1. Initiate a full independent investigation into these allegations, ensuring that it is conducted transparently and impartially. 

2. Implement safeguards and stricter regulations to protect vulnerable populations, especially seniors, from such inhumane practices.

3. Establish a whistleblower protection program to encourage reporting of misconduct without fear of retaliation.

It is up to us, the citizens of Ontario, to voice our outrage and demand change. We cannot let these actions go unnoticed and unpunished. Let us come together to stand up for the rights and dignity of our seniors and ensure that justice is served.

Please sign this petition to protest against the criminal misconduct in the Ontario government and to ensure our seniors and other vulnerable are protected from such grievous violations.
