This petition is to safeguard the Men's community from false Dowry and domestic violence cases.

Our current system and law do not give much or very little protection to men's to protect them from false accusations from his wife and family. 

The entire men and his family suffer from these false case.

The impact of such cases is so huge in nature that men suffer their entire lives to pay back in different forms.

We need to have a faster and more reliable process to get justice. Also, have laws in place so that any woman who files a false complaint or FIR needs to be validated, and punishment for the woman and her family should be given for the false allegation. 

I hope this will help many men and protect them from the false Dowry and domestic violence cases.

The system cannot change unless we challenge societal norms and encourage others to realize that dowry and domestic violence towards men are problems that need attention now. As a result, we believe that including men under the Domestic Violence Act and having a law to protect men from false dowry cases may neutralize the law while allowing only genuine victims of either gender to come forward and demand justice, thereby reducing the misuse of legal provisions in India.
