We, the members and supporters of Lifetime Fitness in Garland, are deeply concerned about the safety, privacy, and comfort of women in our community gym.

Lifetime Fitness has always been a family-friendly environment, where women, mothers, sisters, daughters, and friends should feel safe and respected while using women-only spaces like the changing rooms and restrooms. However, an employee that we will refer to us ,"Zoe," who is a bearded biological male, has been repeatedly using the women's facilities.

This has caused significant discomfort and unease among many female members. Multiple formal complaints have been made to gym management, yet the situation remains unresolved. Our concerns have been disregarded, and the privacy rights of women have been neglected.

We believe that women deserve to feel secure and respected in spaces designated specifically for them. The presence of biological males in these private areas violates that basic expectation of safety and respect.

We respectfully demand that Lifetime Fitness immediately:

• Enforce strict policies that protect the sanctity and exclusivity of women's spaces.
• Terminate the employment of any employees who violate these boundaries as they pose a risk to the safety of members.
•  Listen and respond to the concerns of the members who uphold the values of family, community, and mutual respect.

Our goal is not to discriminate, but to defend the right of women to have private spaces free of discomfort, fear, or intrusion.
