This Cot Valley ! A beautiful steep sided little Valley, formed in the ice age. The stream meanders through its base out to sea further down at `Porth Nanven. Mature tress hedge its banks and it  is dotted with fields divided by Cornish walls, built in the Bronze Age , and still in use today, for what they were intended. Time stands still here, and no matter what is going on in the world you can escape for  a while and forget the troubles of today and immerse yourself in its beauty.
