I am copying in  here some of the comments that have been written about the Valley

So much wildlife would be lost -One of our few unspoilt havens. For Humans too!

Cot Valley has my heart. It must be protected.

It’s wrong of the Landowner to damage the fragile ecology of the Cot Valley by diverting the stream ( which does not belong to them) I am glad that I have this chance to stand against this. It has been bothering me for the past 5 years. There has been a lot of development in the Cot Valley , upstream here and lower down around the old manor, which is detrimental to this quiet and fragile place.
