I would like some views on how the Housing System works and how everyone else feels about it? 

Priority is definitely given to peadophiles, junkies/drug addicts and foreign nationals. 

I have been given a timeframe of 18 months to 2 years to possibly wait to be housed with my child, but you’re telling me all these people have been on a waiting list longer than I have? There are convicted peadophiles coming out of the jail (Some who haven’t even been jailed and and being housed near Schools or Children’s parks) Yet I can’t ask for empty properties to pay rent and I’ll have a lengthy wait. 

There are probably a lot of people in the same situation as I am and who would agree.
