Through this petition, I would like to draw your attention to a very important topic related to the safety of women of the country. Which is absolutely new and original subject and it is very important to research it. Honorable Sir, I believe that in our country, the subject of ‘RAPE’ is so serious that it seems very important to reach its roots. Surprisingly, till now this topic is untouched for research. Therefore, to understand and understand it deeply, research work on this subject is very important at present. So that the right ways taken towards this stigma removal from the Indian society. In the country, when all the daughters are physically and mentally protected, only then will this country be able to progress.
It is often seen that after the Nirbhaya case in the country, incidents of rape and Gang Rapes based on the same pattern have been reported in small and big places all over the nation. The act of dishonoring a five-month-old baby girl to eighty years old woman. Sir, after the Nirbhaya case such as dismembering the bodies of girls and young girls, badly destroying private parties, cutting, eating meat, beating, killing, inhuman ways of physical contact and making videos viral by putting them on internet are being reported from villages and big cities and we read in Newspapers. Therefore, I am forced to think that somewhere there is some similarity in the behavior, environment and other circumstances of these criminals. If we have to treat the problem of rape and gang rape completely, then we have to take it not as a criminal incident but as a mental-physical illness and no disease can be cured without researching it. As of now, the treatment of corona virus is also being done through the process of research. The provision of severe punishment in the country is also not reducing such offenses. That is why there is a great need for research in this subject. So that at the time of this disease which is fast growing in the society, some solid treatment can be discovered.
Sir, In This COVID-19 pandemic it becomes even more necessary to consider this subject. Due to the lock down at the time of this calamity in the country, the use of internet has increased in the lives of many people sitting at home. At the time of Corona, it has been observed that traffic has increased by 10% only in porn sites all over the world and only in India. According to the Times of India report published on 16 April 2020, traffic to porn sites in India increased by 33%, which has tripled worldwide. In which the number of persons from 18 years to 34 years is almost equal to the number of elders from 35 years.

According to another report published on 06 May 2020 in the consumption of porn sites in the region 95 % Growth is seen only and only in India.

Not only this, the topic of concern is that instead of any other subjects, people are more inclined towards porn sites. Hence the inevitability of research work on this subject was felt. Since the gradually opening of the lock down, if the so-called brains come out together, then the fear of increasing violent and brutal incidents like rape and gang rape makes the mind tremble. Sir, Crores of daughters like me are expecting from you. I being daughter of this country hope form you in view of our security, you will definitely pay attention to this suggestion of my research.
I also wrote to you on this subject in April 2018. The details of which are as follows. After the Nirbhaya case to this day, I am doing what I can, but for research many permission from government agencies are required. I request you sir to set up a committee, which take this research work to the results. The results and conclusions that will come out of this research will help the Government of India in formulating new plans for the future, in formulating new policies for the protection of urban and rural women. At the same time, the government will be successful in giving safer environment to women.
Sir, if this small effort is made by you in view of the above subject, many daughters' will achieve their dreams. Women will be fearless and empowered in the country.
