I am an avid player of the game Horse Haven: World Adventures on my Android device. This game has offered me countless hours of enjoyment and has become an integral part of my daily routine. However, Ubisoft plans to shut down this beloved game on all Android devices come November 13th, 2023. This decision not only affects me, but also impacts thousands of other players who have invested time and money into this game.

Horse Haven: World Adventures is more than just a game for us; it's a community where we can share our love for horses and gaming. The proposed shutdown would force us to switch platforms and lose all of our progress, which is simply unacceptable.

Ubisoft's decision also included removing the game from the Google Play Store and disabling its in-app purchases (IAP). These actions will severely limit access to the game for new potential players while leaving current players without any support or updates.

We understand that companies must make tough decisions based on financial considerations. However, as loyal customers who have supported Ubisoft through purchasing their products, we believe we deserve better treatment, and not like second-class citizens.

We urge Ubisoft to reconsider their decision and keep Horse Haven World: Adventures available on Android devices beyond November 13th, 2023. We ask them not only to restore it back onto Google Play Store but also reinstate its in-app purchases feature so that we can continue enjoying this wonderful gaming experience without interruption or loss of progress.
