Preston, home to many Parkour and Freerunning practitioners, is in dire need of an outdoor facility that athletes can use to progress and hone their skills to another level. Not only would this be a great opportunity for current practitioners, but for young children who want to be apart of this movement and be part of something huge. The idea for such a project in the North West has been around a while, and has sparked immense discussion and huge ideas for what could be achieved. I have spent many hours designing a site that would be recognised, not only nationally, but globally, as this would be sure to bring huge attention from professional athletes and teams all across the world.

From just this one idea, many great things could become! Were talking webcast and non-webcast competitions, professional team training gatherings, performances, spotlight for up and coming talented young practitioners and that's just the start!

I myself, a freerunner of 8 years, have seen and heard first hand the change this could make to many athletes across the North West of England. We would not have to travel several hours across the country (which we enjoy doing as part of the experience) to visit another outdoor facility. Give us the space we need and many great things will come and many doors will be opened.
