Il problema
Italian & English Version below.
- SAGGITTAIR: 1992 - ATI: 30/10/94 - NOMAN: 1995 - ALITALIA TEAM: 1996 - AVIANOVA: 1996 - TEA AIRLINES ( TEA ITALY ): 1997 - FEDERICO SECONDO: 04/10/2000 - MED AIRLINES: 01/01/2001 - PAN AIR: 21/08/2002 - AIR INDUSTRIA: 15/03/2003 - AIR ITALIACA: 10/2003 - GANDALF: 29/02/2004 - VOLARE GROUP S.P.A.: 30/11/2004 - VOLARE AIRLINES: 30/11/2004 - MINERVA AIRLINE: 01/02/2004 - Azzurra Air 2003/2004 - AIR SICILIA: 25/05/2004 - ITALY FIRST: 2004 - ALISEA: 01/01/2004 - LAUDA AIR ITALIA S.P.A. : 01/11/2005 - AIR EUROPE: 14/04/2006 - OCEAN: (2007) - ALPI EAGLES: 01/01/08 - AIR BEE: 15/12/08 - MY AIR: 22/07/2009 - EFLY: 2009 - VOLA SALERNO: 2009 - SKY EUROPE: 09/2009 - ALITALIA EXPRESS: 01/01/2009 - CLUB AIR: 10/06/2009 - ALITALIA LINEE AEREE ITALIANE/Alitalia Team/CAI/SAI/... 01/01/2009 - DEA AIRLINES: 2010 - LIVINGSTON: 14/10/2010 - SOREM: 10/2010 - LIVINGSTON ( Feb.2011 ) restart - SOREM (Feb.2011 ) INAER restart - ItaALI ( 25/03/2011 ) ENAC ferma ItAli (gruppo Aeroservices) - CARGOITALIA DIC.2011 - Rotokpof Aviation Italia "Roma Urbe" - New Livingston 06/11/2014 -AirOne: 29/08/2014 - ALITALIA CAI in Alitalia SAI: MARZO 2015 - Etiahd Regional 49% in Alitalia SAI Chiude in Francia e Germania. - Alitalia SAI - Air Italy 2020 - ALITALIA TAI "?".
How to get out of the crisis
Introduction:
I have targeted 2 very interesting articles. I did it with the intention of highlighting the great deception ".
Global monopoly, IMF and World Banks help them not us! The craziest things "obvious coronavirus cause" are happening right now. The economy is going so badly that airlines are failing. For more than 20 years there has been growth, growth and growth .. incredible growth. But where did all the money go? Let's try to understand what's going on by introducing the practice of STOCK BUYBACKS and TAX PLAYER MONEY BAYLOUT.
STOCK BUYBACKS Stock What does this mean?
Without words, the meaning of buy back is literally that of repurchase of treasury shares put in place by a listed company. It may have several consequences, but the primary purpose is generally to guarantee shareholders' remuneration. Through the buy back, the company in question repurchases part of its shares on the market and consequently cancels them since it cannot be a shareholder in itself. The meaning of buy back is therefore that of reduction of the shares present on the market and consequent increase in the value of the remaining ones. Below is a complete guide on the subject, from what is the buy back, to the meaning of the term, up to the ways in which it can come to life.
As already mentioned, the literal definition of buy back is that of repurchase of own shares. To better understand the meaning of the term, however, some additional clarification is necessary. The buy back allows the company to invest in itself. By reducing the number of shares on the market, the repurchase operation allows to increase the value of the same since each investor of that company will have a larger portion of the same since the overall number of securities has decreased (i.e. pieces in which the company is uniform). In other words, the buy back can come to life in different cases, that is, it can have different objectives. First of all, the operation can respond to the needs of a company that considers its shares to be undervalued; in secundis it can highlight the company's bullish forecast of its current operations. Then again it can respond to the need to ensure a return to the hands of shareholders. In short, the buy back, or repurchase of own shares, follows a very precise pattern which is articulated in stages:
1. the company repurchases some of its shares;
2. these shares are reabsorbed and canceled, since the company cannot be an investor of itself;
3. the cancellation reduces the number of shares on the market;
4. the fewer shares there are, the more their value increases;
5. since their value has increased, each shareholder has a larger share of the company and therefore a greater profit.
What is happening in the United States? What happens in Europe? They are practically giving money to the citizens of "Germany 5000 euros in a lost oven" who are spent on one side to eat but on the other to go on vacation, to get dressed, to go to a restaurant etc.. But what's the problem? Simple, people don't work and therefore no longer have money to eat.
Now, staying on air transport, let's take some "low cost / private" airlines as an example: Ireland's Ryanair Accepts $730 Million UK Government Backed Loan; Ireland-based Ryanair has received £600m (about $730 million) from the United Kingdom’s Covid Corporate Financin...
For years they have made profits and we also know by what other means they have made them but all this money has gone into the pockets of the owners "shareholders" and therefore only a small part went to the company to make it survive. Well, this is called Stock Buy Back. A procedure that I imagine has been used for years by these airlines, and you understand the reason for their denomination "low fare" but think about it ... every 1000 dollars / euros of profit 960.00 went in Stock Buy Back "to shareholders "and only $ 40 / euro went to the airline" Pay to Fly and the exploitation of personnel is a separate topic ". Conclusion? Everything has stopped! With the virus no one flies anymore! So all the airlines, hotels, cruise ships are going bankrupt and within 2 months everything will fail !!! UNLESS !!!! !!!! the "TAX PLAYER MONEY BAYLOUT" doesn't arrive. This is the trap because when business is good big private people make money, when business is bad they make money the same! Let us return to the socialization of losses. Result? they will abuse the STOCK BUYBACKS, they will abuse the TAX PLAYER MONEY BAYLOUT because if you are rich and you go to ruin you are helped, if you are poor and you have problems it is your fault! Simple isn't it? Put simply: socialism for the rich, capitalism for the poor. Citizenship income? what I had repeatedly rejected? how could I accept such a move? Whatever happens I will continue to refuse it because as you see people with money do not only buy food for us and therefore starve and income is inapplicable, you cannot give it to life or only to the Camorra. So? So you have to create the working conditions! It is a life that I focus on the nationalization of strategic and national interest companies, and it is a life that focuses on the "Deregulation = DEBT" factor in my opinion and this is the icing.
Let's examine now the TAX MONEY BAILOUT
TAX PAY MONEY BAILOUT by Eoin Bannon article from March 19, 2020
They will only save airlines if they start paying taxes and using cleaner fuels. EU governments that have considered airline bailouts have been told that they must make financial aid conditional on carriers starting to pay taxes once conditions improve and green technology is adopted. Transport ministers held an emergency videoconference meeting this week to discuss measures to protect the aviation sector affected by an almost total halt to flights in Europe. To slow the spread of the Covid virus, the EU has banned all third-country nationals from visiting the Schengen area for at least 30 days, while many governments have blocked non-essential travel to other EU countries. T&E said financial support should be a priority for the wages of thousands of aviation workers whose jobs are in danger. But airline taxpayers' money should only be approved if countries assure that they will later start paying taxes and contribute to severely strained public coffers. Carriers have long been exempt from fuel tax and VAT on international flights in Europe. Their tax exemption for jet fuel is estimated at € 27 billion per year. They have also been slow to use cleaner fuels such as synthetic kerosene and waste-based biofuels.
T&E Aviation Director Andrew Murphy said, "Airlines that ask taxpayers for money in times of crisis should agree to start paying taxes in good times. EU governments should make bailouts a airlines to carriers who pay for fuel, tickets and other taxes once the crisis is over. They should also require airlines to start using low carbon fuels once conditions improve. Public money should support future technologies. to help fight the impending global crisis, climate change and not reinforce the mistakes of the past. "

AIRLINES EUROPEAN PROJECT
Each state of Europe MUST return to its flag carrier. There must be no low cost Airline in Europe. What follows is only what happened in Italy and also in the rest of Europe. So please, report the point of the situation in your country and SIGN this petition. Don’t open a second petition. What you have to do is copy, translate and adapt this message with the aim of changing something in your country. The petition remains this written in Italian which however is the same translated into English and deposited in the European Parliament by myself. The few lines that flow serve to make us understand the damage that deregulation has caused throughout Europe from the late 80s to today.
Point of the Situation in Italy
As you know there are not only fixed costs in the aviation industry. Other kind of costs are called "variables". Variables costs are: Fuel, oil, landing fees, catering, crew expenses, crew salary, maintenance etc… Variable costs go up and down depending the use of the airplanes. Example: Aircraft use increase, variable costs increase, more the airplanes fly, more maintenance need. But now just take a look on an other kind of most important variables. For example: some Local or extended natural disaster, wars “Iraq”, acts of terrorism “twin towers”, Volcanoes activities “in Iceland or Etna in Sicily” pandemia of aviaria, coronavirus, ebola etc..”. What’s the point? Low cost airlines doesn’t guaranty nothing to passengers trough these last variables. They just operate like savages in the aviation industry, they subtract million of euros from the country where they operate: coomarketing contracts, private and secret contracts, unpaid staff taxes in the country in which they operate, requests for public support from each region were they operates etc..". So, we have simply experienced on our skin a market that does not work, a market that does not belong to us but belongs to them. who are they? they are the system they invented. A system that doesn't work because it creates debt. So a bankruptcy system that creates debt is equivalent to a system that creates a disease. I mean, if someone creates a debt, he does it because then someone else is borrowing money. The loan wonders when a company is about to go bankrupt and in our case the cat also went bankrupt. To understand better we have to start from the beginning where this problem take place, in Chicago on the year 1978 with the name of “Deregulation”. Deregulation = debt. Just go to Wikipedia and check "deregulation" to see who created the debt. Just in Italy from 1980 about 50 private airline opened and closed in very short time. I’m on duty in Alitalia since 1992 and I passed trough 4 failure of the airline in the last 10 years. Yes, I have to say more "Alitalia Team” for example, “it all happened under the union's eyes”. Wild deregulation has been allowed for years. This deregulation materialized, almost out of nowhere, last-minute, improvised and unscrupulous businessmen who inevitably contributed to raising the number of unemployed. In Italy, opening an airline is almost a pastime, laws and regulations allow it too easily. This is the list of "PRIVATE" Airlines opened and closed in Italy in the last few years:

Target:
1. To subtract air crew & ground staff resources from low cost airlines to government airlines.
2. Stabilize employment contracts by returning 30% of the salary to everyone and contribute better with more quality jobs to the pension system of each state of Europe.
3. Prohibit the stipulation of contracts within tax havens by regularizing and making uniform taxation at European level.
4. Give back to IATA its role in the world aviation market.
5. Restart from the EU general aviation sector: flight schools, tourist flights "ultralight and General aviation airplanes", well-paid aerial work through a reduction in taxation in this sector, reclassification of "good class in Italy not recognized" airspace, airports also equipped for night flying, the elimination of many military airspace favoring aerial surveillance through drones "are much more precise". Nationalization of the air traffic control sector.
