Enrico Giovannini

Enrico Giovannini is a respected Italian economist and statistician who, over a distinguished career, has served in a variety of notable roles both in Italy and internationally. He was President of the Italian National Institute of Statistics from 2009 to 2013 and subsequently served as the Italian Minister of Labour and Social Policies in Enrico Letta's government from 2013 to 2014. Additionally, Giovannini has held prestigious positions with organizations such as the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development and the United Nations, where he applied his expertise in sustainable development and social issues. Renowned for his knowledge and experience, he is currently the CEO and Scientific Co-Director of the Italian Alliance for Sustainable Development.
