The healthcare community is continually facing those individuals that refuse to wear masks or wear them properly.  The exponential spread of COVID 19 should make this an automatic universal mandate, but it is not being observed consistently.  Patients who do not wear a mask put our first responders and all other healthcare workers, their families and other patients at risk.  We want masks worn in all  businesses and all healthcare facilities so we do not have to constantly worry while we are trying to do our jobs that someone will infect us.  There simply no reason why this can't happen.  You have to wear a seat belt in your own car and that's a  law, but to mandate mask wearing during a pandemic that would protect many people is somehow infringing on personal rights?
