Anthony Stutson and Wayne "Akbar" Pray were both convicted of 21 U.S.C. § 848 Continual Criminal Enterprise, commonly known as the "Kingpin Statute." They both received a life sentence and have been in prison for over thirty years despite not having any violent charges. We petition for the release of Akbar Pray and Anthony Stutson. 30 plus years is enough!
