One of our greatest problems, largely undiscussed is the lack of ideological diversity in the industries that underpin our society today. We have recently seen censorship and unequal treatment of right of center thinkers from big tech, big education and much of the legacy media, just to name a few. Numerous Studies confirm these industries are composed largely of people with left of center ideologies. It is not realistic to assume people who are right of center did not apply or could not perform these jobs as well as those employed presently. As such the reason for this lack of ideological diversity is likely bigotry.      

     We can not have a country whose pillars do not represent the thinking of the population. The stress of this inequity is showing everyday in our increasing polarization and distrust. It needs to end. We need civil rights laws to apply also to ideology. If more viewpoints are represented in the boardrooms of America then fewer will feel disenfranchised by their actions.
