I am writing in support of Kreglan Gaines Sr. clemency petition because I believe a commutation of Kreglan’s sentence would be in the best interest of our society, the family members, friends and loved ones who continue to suffer each day that Kreglan remains incarcerated. Kreglan is a non-violent drug offender that has been incarcerated since 2003 and has already completed 16 years on a 35 year sentence and has paid dearly for his crime. Since incarcerated Kreglan has lost 2 children & has missed the birth and precious memories of his 16 grandchildren. I am asking that this petition be signed by anyone affected by love ones incarcerated and all that agrees that everyone deserves a second chance.
