We, the People of the Republic of the Philippines, we desperately need to #CoRRECTTheConstitution the outdated 1987 Constitution-based our 3-point Agenda as fifth State of the Nation Address of our President Rodrigo Duterte.

Reforming (changing new Federal Constitution) the 1987 Constitution helping is part medicine of COVID-19 Pandemic based changing our three main agendas.

ECONOMIC SYSTEM: Delete the Article XII of 1987 Philippine Constitution which restrictive to Foreign Investor through 60/40 agreement with "Filipino" partner into 100% Foreign Ownership in any industries except on land ownership to help to recover our and open our Economy so the OFWs will slowly return to the Philippines with love ones because it generates more jobs and improves their craft in various industries.

POLITICAL SYSTEM: Transforming from Personality-driven Presidential System into party-based Parliamentary System to produce better leaders because they are grilled every day or every week in Prime Minister's Question the Federal Government by Federal Shadow Cabinet through Question Time, separating the Head of State which is the President which politically-neutral unifying figure while the Head of Government and divisive figure which Prime Minister which is also Member of Parliament to accountable their constituents.

STRUCTURAL SYSTEM: Changing from Manila-centric Unitary System to decentralized, evolving, cultural, and ethnic-oriented Federal structure of administration to generates more opportunities and economic development with rapid economic growth benefit to the Regions and Provinces.

 

Nosotros, el pueblo de la República de Filipinas, necesitamos desesperadamente #CorregirLa Constitución, la anticuada Constitución de 1987 basada en nuestra Agenda de 3 puntos como quinto discurso del Estado de la Nación de nuestro Presidente Rodrigo Duterte.

Reformar (cambiar la nueva Constitución Federal) la Constitución de 1987 que ayuda es parte de la medicina de la pandemia COVID-19 basada en cambiar nuestras tres principales agendas.

SISTEMA ECONÓMICO: Eliminar el Artículo XII de la Constitución de Filipinas de 1987 que restringe al Inversor Extranjero a través del acuerdo 60/40 con el socio "filipino" en la propiedad 100% extranjera en cualquier industria, excepto en la propiedad de la tierra para ayudar a recuperar nuestra economía y abrir nuestra economía para que las OFW lentamente regresará a Filipinas con sus seres queridos porque genera más empleos y mejora su oficio en varias industrias.

SISTEMA POLÍTICO: Transformación del Sistema Presidencial impulsado por la Personalidad en un Sistema Parlamentario basado en partidos para producir mejores líderes porque son interrogados todos los días o todas las semanas en la Pregunta del Primer Ministro al Gobierno Federal por el Gabinete Federal de Sombra a través del turno de preguntas, separando al Jefe de Estado que es el Presidente la figura unificadora políticamente neutral, mientras que el Jefe de Gobierno y la figura divisiva que el Primer Ministro, que también es Miembro del Parlamento, debe rendir cuentas a sus electores.

SISTEMA ESTRUCTURAL: Cambio de un sistema unitario centrado en Manila a una estructura de administración federal descentralizada, en evolución, cultural y étnica para generar más oportunidades y desarrollo económico con un rápido crecimiento económico que beneficia a las Regiones y Provincias.

Kami, ang Bayan ng Republika ng Pilipinas, talagang kailangan nating #CoRRECTTheConstitution ang lipas na 1987 Konstitusyon-batay sa aming 3-point Agenda bilang ikalimang State of the Nation Address ng ating Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte.

Pagbabago (pagbabago ng bagong Federal Constitution) ang 1987 Constitution na tumutulong ay bahagi ng gamot ng COVID-19 Pandemic batay sa pagbabago ng aming tatlong pangunahing agenda.

ECONOMIC SYSTEM: Tanggalin ang Artikulo XII ng 1987 na Konstitusyon ng Pilipinas na naghihigpit sa Foreign Investor sa pamamagitan ng 60/40 na kasunduan sa kasosyo ng "Filipino" sa 100% na Pagmamay-ari ng Dayuhan sa anumang industriya maliban sa pagmamay-ari ng lupa upang matulungan ang mabawi at buksan ang ating Ekonomiya kaya ang mga OFW ay dahan-dahang babalik sa Pilipinas ng mga mahal sa buhay dahil bumubuo ito ng maraming mga trabaho at nagpapabuti sa kanilang bapor sa iba't ibang industriya.

POLITIKAL NA SISTEMA: Ang pagbabagong-anyo mula sa Sistema ng Pangulo na hinihimok ng Personalidad sa partido na Parlyamentaryo ng Parliyamentaryo na System upang makabuo ng mas mahusay na mga pinuno dahil inihaw sila araw-araw o bawat linggo sa Tanong ng Punong Ministro ng Pamahalaang Pederal sa pamamagitan ng Pederal na Shadow Gabinete sa pamamagitan ng Time Time, na naghihiwalay sa Ulo ng Estado kung saan ay ang Pangulo na pampulitika-neutral na nagkakaisang pigura habang ang Pinuno ng Pamahalaan at naghahati sa figure na kung saan ang Punong Ministro na miyembro din ng Parliyamento na mananagot sa kanilang mga nasasakupan.
