Hey, you are 17 years, great, rape, kill and conveniently go to a reform/juvenile home for three years, come out and again go ahead with your inhuman, torturous and animal like behavior.

How is this even thinkable????

What message are we sending out to our society? What safety are we providing to our citizens, our women?
This man cannot go scot-free, at any cost.
A four year old child is so set in his ways of doing things then how can this so called juvenile turned man in 3 years change?

Let’s all come together and once and for all showcase our society that this heinous, animal behavior is intolerable, nobody can take another human being for granted.
Fear of law has to be instilled so fiercely that offenders, even before thinking of doing some such thing gets shivers.
