4750 University Way in Seattle is no ordinary place; the first floor was a humble dojo where a young Bruce Lee taught Jun Fan Gung Fu and lived from October 1963 to July 1964. 

Unfortunately, Bruce Lee's heritage spaces are slowly disappearing. His home in Hong Kong was demolished in 2019, making the preservation of his Seattle dojo even more critical. It remains one of the last few physical symbols directly connected to this martial arts pioneer.

By preserving this dojo, we are not only celebrating the richness of our cultural heritage but also giving future generations a chance to stand in the exact spot where Bruce Lee once stood, practicing, teaching, and shaping his philosophy under a humble roof.
