The Premier chose her work colleagues over the public interest and the Media are constrained through threat of punishment. Why else do they continue to ignore this story?

We as citizens of Australia / Queensland practicing the 'Westminster System of Justice' thought that liberty and the right to a fair trial and due process was guaranteed, it is a birthright! Premier Palaszczuk and her office is acutely aware of our suffering but has obfuscated our complaint, refused to respond, or conduct a genuine inquiry. ‘Nobody is above the law’ is 'Bulldust! This is how justice, elections, everything we vote for is subverted! Our Government never acknowledge corruption within their own ranks. As an Individual you're dispensable when fighting the Deep State! 

The evidence submitted at www.whentheftislegal.org exposes corruption on a massive scale in both the Supreme Court and the Court of Appeal as illustrated using publicly available material. We were swindled by a Supreme Court Justice and then cronyism ensured a loss in The Court of Appeal.

It is a mind-blowing story, and I am sure is only the thin edge of the wedge. I am aware of another set of proceedings that were subverted through cronyism amongst those in authority. Nothing is real if corruption, cronyism amongst their associates are given a free pass. They’re all mates! The Queensland Premier, The Queensland Crime and Corruption Commissioner, even the Police Commissioner work hand in glove at ensuring there is a two-tiered legal system. Queensland’s Dirty Little Secret has been kept under wraps due to cohesion amongst those that control the Media which ensures the evidence is kept on a short leash!  

The CCC claimed any inquiry by Tony Fitzgerald QC into the Judiciary did not ‘meet the terms of reference’ so they simply ignored the evidence. Basic civil liberties guaranteed as a birthright as an Australian Citizen are not acknowledged in the State of Queensland. It is more important to maintain the ‘Integrity of the Judiciary’ and to keep it out of the papers.

Demand an independent inquiry that is not predetermined into the Queensland Judiciary, that the ‘Separation of Powers’ are reviewed and that genuine guidelines that are enshrined into law,
