The Pollen Network Community is a community of builders who have dedicated the past year to building a decentralized physical LTE network to provide Pollen OpCo a network in return for a network token called PCN.

A decision made by the core team in January of 2023 and imposed on the community changed the core business model into a system that essentially stripped all utility of the PCN token and limited its upside potential. This changed the premise of ownership in the network to one of USD payments for data transferred over community radios and a limited upside for the PCN token, which they have capped at $0.10. 

This community helped build the foundation for Pollen Mobile by investing their effort to build the network, time to do it, and capital to help support the network's connectivity. They have invested around $6,000,000 collectively in equipment bought under the premise of shared ownership in the network. The total costs for all implementations far exceed that number. 

We request that Pollen OpCo, the company behind Pollen Mobile, publicly commit to working with the community, to form a community-governed Deployer DAO.

This is the first step in an amicable resolution to a bad decision made by the core team that stripped the value from the people who enabled their business.
