Please Revive the Lego Indiana Jones theme starting with Uncanceling Temple of Doom

The Issue

Ever since I was a kid, I have been a fan of both Indiana Jones and Lego. Unfortunately, I didn't become a fan until after the theme originally discontinued after 2009, but I still watched the movies, played the two Lego games, and got a few of minifigures without the sets. My favorite of the four movies was Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom. I even tried asking my mom to get the 2009 set as a birthday present a few times as a kid, even if it meant that I'd have to sacrifice a year's worth of allowance money, which didn't happen.

When the fifth movie was announced in 2016, I got so excited when I realized that would likely mean that the Lego theme would return along with the possibility of a third Lego game with modern graphics and a huge open world.

A few years later when the sets were announced, I was thrilled when Temple of Doom was listed as one of them, only to be canceled by Disney shortly before it was supposed to release. And if that wasn't bad enough, they didn't even make sets off of the new movie, which was the reason they brought back the theme in the first place. I of course got the three sets they released, but I'm still angry that the Temple of Doom was canceled after over a decade of wanting and waiting for it. It's unfair to all the people like me that waited patiently for that specific set, only for it to mean nothing. The theme needs to have a longterm comeback with much more sets and a new Skywalker Saga like video game with all five movies.
