I'm starting a petition to advocate for the retention of Stratus MLS for Realtors in the GTA, as the transition to Realm has proven to be less than satisfactory. 

The change to Realm is not a minor one, it’s actually quite a drastic change that will affect workflow and leave many people unprepared. Realm has been slow, has issues, and the interface/layout is completely different than what we are used to. The last 6 months has already brought about too many changes with RECO, ORWP, new forms, etc to transition smoothly; it’s too much all at once. Despite the warning that we will need to switch to Realm soon, there has been little guidance on how to navigate the new system.  Stratus has been the trusted platform for the past several years, providing reliable service without issues. Its prospect matches feature is invaluable, and the user-friendly layout, especially with its concise one-page listings, offers a superior experience. There are thousands of us Realtors who have been using Stratus for over a decade and now is not the time for yet another drastic change.

Let's rally together to preserve the efficiency and familiarity of Stratus by signing this petition. Now is the time to act as July is coming too soon!
