On the low end, you need, at minimum, an IQ of 87 to even qualify as a Janitor.

Now, what’s the average IQ of Filipinos?

Let that sink in for a bit.

55 million people, in the Philippines alone are unemployable. Due to their natural limitations, they don’t have the mental faculties to be competitively viable for any career.

More proof? The US army wants to maximize the number of soldiers they have. Obviously, the more soldiers you have during wartimes, the better off you’ll be, generally.

So if the US army sets a minimum IQ requirement, you KNOW that it’s because of absolute necessity.

In the United States, it is illegal to indoctrinate anyone in the army whose IQ falls below 83.

Statistically, that’s at least 40% of Filipinos whom cannot be trained by one of the most elite armies in the world.. To point and shoot a gun.
