We, the undersigned students, respectfully submit this petition regarding our inability to register for the Advanced Diploma in Biotechnology due to the late release of our final marks.
our results were not made available within the required registration period, we were unable to complete the registration process on time. This situation was beyond our control and has placed us at risk of losing a full academic year.

We humbly request that the department consider one of the following solutions:

Reopening registration for affected students.
Allowing conditional or late registration.
Providing an alternative administrative solution that would enable us to enroll without penalty.
We are committed to continuing our studies and maintaining the academic standards of the department. We respectfully ask for your assistance in finding a fair and reasonable resolution to this matter.
