Petition to Support Mrs Colman and Request Her Return to the Nursery

We, the undersigned parents and carers of children attending the nursery, wish to express our deep sadness and concern regarding the sudden departure of Mrs Colman.

Mrs Colman has been an exceptional teacher who has consistently gone above and beyond for the children in her care. Her kindness, dedication, patience, and commitment have helped our children grow in confidence and thrive during their time at the nursery.

Her unexpected departure has caused significant upset for both families and children. We believe continuity of care is extremely important for young children, and losing such a valued member of staff has had a considerable impact on our nursery community.

We respectfully ask the school leadership and governing body to review the circumstances surrounding Mrs Colman's departure and explore every possible opportunity for her to remain part of the nursery team, should this be something she also wishes.

We also request open communication with parents regarding how the nursery plans to support the children through this transition and ensure continuity of high-quality care and education.

This petition is submitted respectfully, with the shared goal of supporting the best interests of our children and recognising the outstanding contribution Mrs Colman has made to our nursery.
