The Issue

To Whom It May Concern,

We, the undersigned, are Nigerian customers who entrusted HEROSHE INC., a U.S. based freight forwarder, with shipping packages from the United States to Nigeria. Despite full payments, our goods have not been shipped for durations ranging from six months to over a year and our repeated contact efforts have been met with silence or vague excuses.

HEROSHE INC. continues to operate its website, solicit new payments, and issue repeated assurances of imminent shipment. However, after receiving payments, the company frequently goes silent, fails to provide tracking updates, and does not deliver on its promises. We believe these actions reflect systemic deception, disproportionately affecting Nigerian customers with limited legal recourse across borders.

We request urgent investigation and corrective measures.
