My name is Terri Gardner and I recently requested my children’s services file from the Sarnia Lambton Childrens Aid Society it detailed horrific accounts of sexual abuse against myself and my brother. By a man named Roy Lumley.  We were both under the age of 5. This happened in 1990 and no charges were ever laid. This is simply unacceptable. I have medical documents included that can be seen on my Social Platform @terriandcait on tik tok. Along with witness accounts and statements from my mother before she passed away. She married this monster. And passed away 3 years after we were apprehended. I had no knowledge any of this took place as I was 2 years old at the time.  The police have had the file for 5 months and so far  no arrests have been made despite the overwhelming amount of evidence I have. Please help me hold Roy Allan  Lumley  for what he did to me and my brother and SEVERAL other children according to the Sarnia Police. Please help me hold him accountable.
