The similarities from these following scenarios should not, and cannot be ignored. The World Economic Forum (WEF) and their partners have been involved in the strategic management of the coronavirus pandemic, with a major emphasis on using the pandemic as a catalyst for digital transformation and the global introduction of digital identity systems. 

1. On 10 October 2016, the World Economic Forum announced the opening of its new Center for the "Fourth Industrial Revolution" in San Francisco. According to the WEF, the center will "serve as a platform for interaction, insight and impact on the scientific and technological changes that are changing the way we live, work and relate to one another"
2. In October of 2017, Johns Hopkins Center for Health Security published “The SPARS Pandemic”. This document is described in its disclaimer as being “a hypothetical scenario designed to illustrate the public health risk communication challenges that could potentially emerge during a naturally occurring disease outbreak…” and that “The infectious pathogen, medical countermeasures, characters, news media excerpts, social media posts, and government agency responses described herein are entirely fictional.”. Which largely turned out to be more of a grim reality than a fictional scenario
3. in May 2018, the WEF collaborated with the Johns Hopkins Center for Health Security to conduct “CLADE X,” a simulation of a national pandemic response. Specifically, the exercise simulated the outbreak of a novel strain of a human parainfluenza virus, with genetic elements of the Nipa virus, called CLADE X. 
4. In October 2019, the WEF collaborated again with Johns Hopkins and the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation on another pandemic exercise, “Event 201,” which simulated an international response to the outbreak of a novel coronavirus. This was two months before the COVID outbreak in China became news and five months before the World Health Organization declared it a pandemic.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, WEF Global Leaders have played prominent roles, promoting zero-covid strategies, lockdowns, mask mandates, and ‘vaccine passports’ in an attempt to advance the global transformation agenda outlined above. Additionally, WEF founder Klaus Schwab is the author of the book COVID-19: The Great Reset, published in July 2020, which argues that the coronavirus pandemic can and should be used for an “economic, societal, geopolitical, environmental and technological reset”, including, in particular, advancing global governance and accelerating digital transformation. 

In conclusion, we the signatories hereby petition the members of the U.S. Senate to designate the World Economic Forum as a terrorist organization and prosecute WEF members accordingly and appropriately for conspiring to take advantage of a global pandemic in order to terrorize the general public to advance their political agenda which is their "Fourth Industrial Revolution"
